-The Agility training is also an important element of the DWL training program app. Agility is extremely important because of the constant starting and stopping in lacrosse; you engage it throughout the course of a game.
-This app also contains information about training intervals, thus promoting greater muscular endurance.
-There’s also Game Speed development drills that are meant to increase speed and agility with the ball.
